Exchanges, returns or refunds will be accepted by BLACK COFFEE within 14 days of the date the customer received the parcel provided that the items are in the same condition in which it was sent. Please note returns will not be accepted if items have been worn, washed or altered. Returns have to reach the return address within 14 days of order delivery. 

All swing tags must be attached and items must be in the original packaging as it was shipped to the customer. 

For all exchanges and returns please contact BLACK COFFEE on info@blackcoffee.co.za within 4 days of receiving your online order. In the email, include the details of your purchase, order number, reason for return and whether you would like a credit/exchange/refunds

In the event that 14 days have already passed no exchange /credit / refund will be accepted. 

Sale merchandise can be returned for a store credit. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED ON PROMOTIONAL ITEMS. Sale items can be returned in store / couriered within 14 days of original purchase for exchange items only. No credit will be given.

In the case of a store credit, a voucher code will be emailed to you within 3 days. This voucher code can be used for any other future purchases and is valid for 6 months.

When returning BLACK COFFEE items customers wil be liable for shipping or postage fees. Courier services can be arranged for returns but courier charges will be deducted from the refund. The goods will remain the customers responsibility until it reaches the return address safely. Customers should consider using a trackable courier service and taking out insurance when arranging their own return shipping. 

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will acknowledge receipt of the return and send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your credit/refund/exchange request.

Refunds will be done as soon as possible but may take up to two weeks to be processed and reflect in the customers account. 

Exchanges are subject to availability and will be sent after receiving your returned item in accordance with the company Terms & Conditions.

Special orders or custom orders will be exempt from refund. Special orders include requests for styles from previous ranges which are no longer in stock or requests for styles in different fabrication or colours.
